Lee Dein – Creator of the Magic Link Handwriting Programme

Lee Dein is the founder and creator of the Magic Link Handwriting Programme. Lee graduated as a speech and language therapist in 1984. She has since remained a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapist. In 1986, she attained the RSA diploma to teach pupils with specific learning difficulties (dyslexia) and has been teaching children for over 30 years.
Lee is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and has an enhanced DBS check. She is a member of PATTOS (The Professional Association of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties) She is a member of the National Handwriting Association – a charity whose aims are to raise the importance of handwriting and to promote good practice in the teaching of handwriting.

Cynthia Pelman is a speech and language therapist with over 25 years’ experience of working with children and adults. She has written three books which are fictional accounts of the challenges children face when they have speech or language difficulties. Cynthia is registered with the Health and Care Professions Councils in the U.K. and in South Africa and has a current DBS certificate. Sharon Mitchell – North London + available for school/home visits
Sharon has been a teacher for over 20 years and been Deputy Head (Pastoral), in two top London independent schools. She has a vast experience of working with children aged between 6-16 years old. Sharon currently teaches handwriting on Saturday mornings, weekends and after school, providing home visits in the Mill Hill, Winchmore Hill, Potters Bar, Kensington and South London areas. Sharon is able to provide Magic Link Handwriting teaching within schools, at lunchtimes or after school. The charge for a 1:1 home or school visit is £130 for the initial session and £60 for subsequent sessions, with an additional cost for travel.

Laura is a Child Specialist, with 25 years combined experience in Speech & Language Therapy, Health Education and Parent Consultancy.
